I am against euthanasia. It is a form of suicide. Sometimes when someone is in a lot pain, they aren't in the right frame of mind, so how can they choose to be killed? They want an end to pain, but what about the people they leave behind?

Australia's Parliament is having a big vote on the issue of euthanasia. The leader of the Green wants to allow the Northern Territory and ACT governments to be able to allow euthanasia. I think everyone's so confused about this issue! :(

I read a heartbreaking news story about a woman who has multiple sclerosis and wants to make sure her husband wouldn't be prosecuted if he went to a euthanasia clinic with her. I can't imagine wanting to die, but I don't have a disease like that :(
