Dice-K pitched 5 innings last night for Triple-A Pawtucket and managed to surprise even himself. He said, “I think the biggest thing is I was able to pitch today without any problems.” Now get your butt up to the majors, you cost too much!

Dice-K had, what manager Terry Francona called, “an aggressive bullpen session” yesterday. Hopefully he can get back on the field soon, because the Sox need him if the want to repeat as world champs. Supposedly he could be back by next week.
